About Linda
Gut Health Naturopath Melbourne | IBS, SIBO & Microbiome Restoration
My Story
In my mid-30s I was diagnosed with IBS, despite always being health conscious and interested in nutrition.
It was during a trip to New York that I had to face it head on and learned that managing IBS takes proper care and thought. It was a life-changing experience that set me on my path to becoming a Naturopath.
I loved exploring the city’s incredible food scene, local produce, and farmers markets, but the stress of travel, changes in sleep patterns, and some food choices triggered a significant IBS flare-up.
Anyone who has experienced digestive symptoms while travelling will understand how quickly they can affect your ability to fully enjoy an experience.
Being away from home and having to rely on myself to navigate those challenges reinforced my decision to enrol in a Bachelor of Health Science at Endeavour College in Melbourne.
I continued to experience digestive issues throughout my studies, which deepened my interest in gut health, digestion, the microbiome, and overall wellbeing.
While conventional treatment often provided limited relief, working with naturopaths who genuinely listened and offered practical strategies had a significant impact on my health and perspective.
Why I Focus on Gut Health
As a degree-qualified naturopath, I now focus on digestive health, including IBS, SIBO, constipation, microbiome restoration, and gut-related conditions.
My passion is helping people better understand what may be contributing to their symptoms and creating realistic, evidence-based strategies to support long-term gut health.
Improving gut function often influences energy, sleep, skin health, mood, blood sugar regulation, and food sensitivities.
My Approach
I aim to create a space where people feel listened to and supported in understanding their health.
Together, we work to explore the underlying drivers behind symptoms, support gut function, and create sustainable changes that feel achievable long term.
Digestive symptoms can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t need to navigate them alone.
Outside the Clinic
Outside of clinic, I’m a self-confessed foodie and love exploring farmers markets, seasonal produce, cooking, travel, and Melbourne’s food culture.
